Technology Innovation Program

Invent. Design. Fabricate.

The Technology Innovation Program at STEAM Labs Bangkok is where ideas turn into reality.

Designed for students aged 13–18, this hands-on program teaches the skills of modern design and fabrication — from CAD modeling and 3D printing to laser cutting and metal fabrication — all guided by British-qualified teachers in a small, focused class of just 8 students.

Here, every student becomes a maker, innovator, and designer — building a professional-grade portfolio of original creations.

What Students Learn

Students explore the entire product creation process, from digital concept to physical build:

CAD Design for Prototyping

Learn to model and refine ideas using professional computer-aided design software. Students gain the confidence to translate imagination into precise digital blueprints ready for fabrication.

3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing

Understand the mechanics of 3D printing and learn how to print complex components efficiently and sustainably. Each student produces custom parts to test fit, form, and function.

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Work hands-on with xTool laser systems — including the F1, P2S, and P3 — mastering techniques for cutting, engraving, and line bending. Students combine materials like acrylic, wood, and fabric to produce refined, professional-quality products.

MetalFab & Product Creation

Move beyond plastics into precision metal fabrication. Students gain practical experience using MetalFab tools to prototype durable, functional components — developing the skills used in real engineering environments.

Create Your Own Innovation Portfolio

Every student designs a custom project — a piece that represents their creativity and engineering growth. Whether it’s a product prototype, functional device, or artistic innovation, the final result is more than a project — it’s a showcase of design thinking and technical mastery.
Perfect for students preparing for university portfolios, STEM pathways, or product design careers.

Guided by British-Qualified Educators

Our teachers bring expertise from the UK’s technology and design education standards, ensuring every lesson builds deep understanding, critical thinking, and real-world application.
With just 8 students per class, every learner receives individual guidance — from idea generation to prototype completion.

Where Creativity Meets Engineering

The Technology Innovation Program blends artistry, engineering, and innovation.
Students leave with the ability to design, build, and present — ready to pursue careers or studies in engineering, industrial design, or creative technology.

“It’s not just about making things — it’s about understanding how to make ideas work.”
